Description:
Artichoke Hearts in Oil are a traditional Calabrian specialty, prepared according to ancient rural traditions from the Tropea area. Only the most tender artichoke hearts are selected, hand-processed, and preserved in extra virgin olive oil to preserve their flavor, texture, and aroma.
Usage:
- Ideal as an appetizer or side dish
- Perfect for bruschetta and crostini
- Excellent for enriching salads and cold dishes
- Can be paired with typical cheeses and cured meats
Ingredients:
Artichokes (hearts) 52%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, wine vinegar, bay leaves, oregano, hot chili pepper. Natural product, no preservatives or colorings.
Warnings:
After opening, store in the refrigerator, making sure the product is completely covered with oil, and consume within a few days.
