'Nduja di Spilinga 500g / 1kg / 2kg

Calabrian 'nduja is much more than a cured meat: it is a symbolic specialty of Calabria, intense and enveloping. With its vibrant red color, it has a soft and spreadable consistency that melts on warm bread and enriches any recipe. Prepared with selected pork meat and fat and spicy Calabrian chili pepper, it releases a decisive and unmistakable aroma, with a perfect balance between spiciness and full flavor. Born as a product of peasant tradition, today it is a gastronomic treasure appreciated worldwide, ideal for bruschetta, pasta, pizza, and gourmet dishes, to which it adds an authentic touch of Mediterranean fire.

Culinary uses:

  • Spread on warm bread, bruschetta or crostini
  • To flavor sauces (even with just a teaspoon)
  • As a topping on pizza, focaccia, and sandwiches
  • To cream pasta with a drizzle of EVO oil
