The Campoverde Pecorello BIO Calabria IGP is an organic Calabrian white wine made from Pecorello grapes, an indigenous variety that expresses the character and identity of the territory.
It originates in the territory of Castrovillari, at the foot of the Pollino mountains. It is a fresh, balanced, and harmonious wine, characterized by a pleasant minerality and a delicate, versatile profile.
Ideal for pairing with seafood pasta and rice dishes and, in particular, with oily fish. It also pairs well with light Mediterranean dishes.
