Description:
Struncatura is a handcrafted pasta with a bold character, made from whole durum wheat semolina . Its natural dark color and slightly acidic flavor make it unique. Its long, flattened shape and rough surface are ideal for perfectly holding sauces and condiments, offering an intense flavor experience. Rich in fiber and with excellent nutritional qualities, it is ideal for wholesome first courses inspired by Mediterranean tradition.
Recommended use:
- Ideal with breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil and chilli pepper
- Excellent with anchovies, olives, Tropea onion or rustic sauces
- Perfect for traditional Calabrian recipes
