Artisanal Calabrian Struncatura – Whole Durum Wheat
Struncatura is a pasta with a distinctive character, made from whole durum wheat semolina. Its natural dark color and slightly acidic taste make it unique and recognizable.
It is bronze-drawn and slowly dried, a process that gives it a rough and porous surface, ideal for perfectly holding sauces and condiments.
The long and flat shape enhances every preparation, offering an intense and authentic taste experience. Rich in fiber and with excellent nutritional qualities, Struncatura is ideal for genuine first courses, inspired by Mediterranean and Calabrian tradition.
Recommended use:

Whole DURUM WHEAT semolina, rye flour, durum wheat semolina, and water.
