Made from Pecorello grape variety, it presents a straw yellow color and a floral aroma typical of white broom, intense and persistent. It is an elegant and Mediterranean wine, suitable to accompany delicate dishes, appetizers, fish recipes, and light preparations from Southern cuisine.
